Hi, this month I have used my 10gb allowance and my speed has been restricted which is fair enough but shouldn't I be allowed to use the internet in normal speed overnight (12-8am)? It seems restricted just as daytime hours. I thought it was unlimited overnight? Or is it unlimited if you are within the download allowance during the day time? Looks like I have to keep atleast 1mb free from my download allowance to keep my bbc iplayer running at midnight

The speed restriction is 24/7 until your next billing date. Once your allowance is used up you don't get any free overnight allowances as stated in the usage allowance FAQ.
