Usage Allowance Clarification

I only recently joined Plusnet and opted for the Value Broadband package with a 10 GB monthly usage allowance.  I never considered whether this was an allowance for downloads only or downloads plu uploads, until a question elsewhere on the forum set me wondering.  I could not find anywhere where this was stated explicitly; can somebody clarify?

Thank, Oldjim.  I scanned the Terms and Conditions but could not find this information.

When a similar question was asked in March the answer was to be found at http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/usage/vmbu.shtml - but not now.

Hmmmm, I'm not sure when or why that got removed.
I'll have a word with the content guys tomorrow to find out, and see if we can't get it put back in.

I've spoken to the content team, and there's a task with them to get this added back in. Can't promise anything on timescales, but it'll get done as soon as we can.
