Upstream sync speed..

I have just had another of my PN connections enabled, BB Business Package 16Statics...
it syncs at 8128 Down, but only at 448k up, should this not be 832 upstream?
heres my bt results (I know it shows 2000k, but it was a 2Meg circuit before me!)

Re: Upstream sync speed..

I am indeed on business, as opposed to small, the line was a migration from sky, on a 2megs service (hence why my ip profile shows 2000k)
I will raise a ticket now.
In fact, Ive just spoken to a lovely guy in CSC who is going to put through a change to complete tomorrow for me.
turns out it wasnt provisioned on premium.
On an unrelated note, apparently I shouldnt have waited in the bussiness queue as long as I did! He reckons the number isnt working correctly...
Still happy though, goes to show you can always count on PN to sort out problems ASAP Smiley
and much thanks to CSC as well! (sadly, I cant post a name, but  ID: 23877081 & ID:23877079 )

Re: Upstream sync speed..

They are insanely awesome!
After a 3:45Am Re-sync (only 6hours and 30 mins) after I spoke to PN, I had my full 832k upstream Cheesy
According to BT, I should only get 3.5Mbit, but I synch at 8... oh well... dont knock it!
