Uploading file to ticket - by Plusnet

Quote from: Mand
Hi there,
I've just added an hourly breakdown of usage for the last week to a ticket on your account. Apologies for the formatting, and the multitude of emails you'll have just received, but there was a lot of data to get into one ticket. Smiley
I hope that helps you find out exactly what's using up all the bandwidth there.
As can be seen from this post supplying a lot of data is very messy.
Would it not have been possible to add a text file to the ticket as we can when responding to a ticket.
This is not a dig at Mand who was very helpful but a serious question about the ticketing system.

Yes, it would absolutely have been possible... I'll be honest though, that certainly wouldn't have occurred to me to do at all and I'm going to assume that Mand was the same. It's just not something you think about when you're answering a ticket.
