Upload

Hi Guys,
I've recently switched to Plusnet and very happy with the download speeds of around 13Mbps, however I think the upload is capped and I have read it is possible to uncap it.  It could do with being higher for gaming.  I'm getting around 0.31Mbps according to the BT test (max 0.45).
Please could you have a look into this and let me know if it can be changed?

I suggest raising a ticket here https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22883&wizard_id=38 asking for your upload to be uncapped
