Upload - uncapped?

Recently moved back to Plusnet. My download speed is normal, but my upload speed is only around 0.35mbps, whereas previously I was nearer 0.75mbps. Is it possible my broadband upload speed has been capped?

I rather thought that uncapped US has been the default for years now?

Manual order error?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

@RobC When a order is placed on our suppliers systems there are two options for upstream (upload) speeds. These are 448kbps and uncapped

 

@Townman This will have been the case. It's actually the default selection on the system we use to place the orders so unless the agent changes it (which happens in most cases) it will be capped by default
