Upload speeds getting slower each week

Hi, my upload speeds are getting slower each week, a month ago it was averaging 360kbps, now it averages 87kbps, is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know what can be causing this? thanks

What are your router stats (noise margin, speeds, attenuation) and please post the full results from a BT speedtest

Dunno about  over time but I checked thisafternoon and got as low as39kbps on upload  speed   (whereas dl speed was normal)
I would normally expect ~350kbps on upload test - so I guess your not alone! _ C+

Hi guys,
are these speeds via wireless or wired. If they are wireless, check if it's the same on wired.
