Upload speed

Hi,
I was upgraded to ADSL2+ 21CN today.
Can my upload speed be increased please?

Your best bet is to raise a ticket first.

Will wait for one of the support staff on here to respond, they have been superb will all my queries etc so far. If a ticket is needed can do so once they have responded, not sure what needs a ticket and what does not.

Superb as always Chris, do you want a ticket raised?
I was not sure what required a ticket as all I wanted was the cap taken off the speed, was not as if I was changing package or raising a fault.
