If you could do this, that would be great.

I've ran a ADSL checker and don't believe I have 21cn as of yet.
I tried getting fibre optic package at my address a few months ago but was told I'm too far away from the exchange.
I live out in the country and the internet is bad compared to the town only 4 mile away. I have a friend who gets well over 20mbs download and upload but i guess the countryside isn't a priority.
I was hoping Plusnet might be able to tweak something without affecting my download speed of 1mb.
I done another check online to see whats available to me and it says this:
FTTC is available in your area
Downstream Min: 7 Mbps
Downstream Max: 11.4 Mbps
Upstream Min: 0.8 Mbps
Upstream Max: 1.2 Mbps

If you are on a 20CN service, then the upload speed cannot be raised.
Please post your router stats here and let's see how the line is performing at the moment.

Thank you - I'd forgotten about the paid for option - I had the free 21CN uncapping on my mind!

The options have nothing to do with your router stats.
What does this site - http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome - say about your phone line? You are looking for 21CN WBC being available.
If it is and you are on it, you can request that the US be uncapped.
If it is not, then the only way of obtaining more US speed is to pay for an additional option as mentioned by Jelv.

If you really need more US speed, your only option is the paid for Max Premium as linked to by Jelv.
For such poor FTTC figures you must really be out in the sticks or have extremely poor d-side infrastructure.
I would suggest that you lobby your parish council to complain to BT about the appalling infrastructure. There are a number of cases where rural parish appeals direct to the CEO of BT have resulted in improvement of the local infrastructure. Sadly your situation is a good example of how FTTC is of little practical benefit in locations where the d-side infrastructure is beyond its best before date.
Good luck!
