Can I get an increase in my upload speed ?

I've just placed an order for your upload speeds to be uncapped. You should notice a change in the early hours tomorrow morning.

Based on your previous posts, your netgear DG834GSP v3 may benefit from newer firmware, based on the firmware version of V1.01.03 it might take the same firmware as the standard DG834G v1 and v2.
Also it may benefit from being set to ADSL2 rather than auto which will end up connecting as ADSL2+. It may also benefit from various other tweaks or even a new power supply, but setting ADSL2 mode and all other tweaks have to be done via telnet. Anyway, any problem will initially be blamed on the netgear once Plusnet realise what it is.

Thanks - will try ADSL  - tried no effect
Rather than mess with firmware of modem I will try putting plusnet original Speedtouch modem back into play.
2100 Tried speedtouch and got 600K upload - replaced netgear and guess what ....got 600k upload. Obviously the un-capping took time to come into effect -glad i ddin't mess with Netgear firmware. Removed change to ADSL setting as it had no effect on upload speed
