Presumably you are talking about speedtest resuls ?.
Are you sure that another device in your house isn't using the upstream for p2p, or watching video, etc ?
Have you checked whether the upstream sync speed as reported by your router has reduced ?
Have you tried the "
BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test" to see what your exchange thinks your line can achieve ?
Enter your phone number in the box to the right of "
Telephone Number of the broadband circuit:".
Click on the "
Run Diagnostic Test" button.
Click "
OK" to confirm that your phone number is correct.
Wait for the "
Test Results" page to appear.
