Not been here for a while.
I've been having issues with my security camera and after performing some checks I've spotted that my upload speed has dropped to 01 Mbps. Can this be looked at please
thanks

Looks like you're on a capped upload, I'll go place an order to move you over to uncapped. This should complete tomorrow and hopefully you'll see an increase in your upload speed then.

Thanks
It's only the last week I've been having the issue. My upload used to be about 0.6 to 0.8 (ish). Download has dropped slightly from 6Mbps to 5 but for what I do 5 is fine.

Hmm, that's odd. Your upload was showing as capped at 448. Let's see how the order goes through and go from there.

Seems to be circa 0.7 now and the camera is behaving again. Slightly slower over WiFi but only to be expected.

Your camera is secured I hope: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-30121159 If other people are viewing your camera you'd see slow speeds as a result.

Hope so. It's a Y-Cam HomeMonitor HD that needs a login and password to view.
From what I read it's the unsecured ones that have been hit. I must admit, I'm very pleased with it. By default it only uses 40Mb a month as it has a sleep mode when there is no activity and it's not being viewed.
