Upload speed is capped.

Just set up my broadband. Download speeds are fine (10 meg), but my upload speed seems to be capped as i'm only getting 0.35 meg (very slow).
Can you uncap it for me please.

This is normal in some areas. You can ring PN to see if it can be uncapped. I only got 0.10mg upload on sky (thats why i left for fibre) Also take your username off incase of fraudulent purposes.

Thanks, but have read similar posts on here and plusnet have uncapped them. Also leaving my username without a password is pretty useless to anyone, but thanks anyway
