Upload speed has dropped to default 443kps

Moved house (500 yards up the road) and transferred our PN account there.
This is the 3rd time in the last several years, but whereas nothing changed previously, this time the upload speed which is usually 1260kps has dropped to 443kps. There has been a little lowering of the download speed, but it is still reasonable for this area (17459, down from 19663). Will the upload speed return to its pre-move level over the next day or so or will it need to be upped your end?
