Upload speed down after line drop

The wordy subject says it all. I had a line drop and my upload went from 832 KBit/s to 512KBit/s.
Since I'm on 20CN and have to pay for the extra upload bandwidth can I get some sort of SNR reset to see if we can bump it back to 832 KBit/s?
Cheers,
A.

DLM manages your line the same way DRM manages your rights.
Look at all the pretty graphs! (now with uptime logging!)

Re: Upload speed down after line drop

That'll be submitted shortly. If it doesn't work then it's probably time to look at it as a fault.

Re: Upload speed down after line drop

Followed the faults checker, once in the test socket.
A little detective work and the TV aerial extension I'd recently reactivated to get from the roof to the kitchen was a big enough loop (when combined with the big loop that is the 5 extension sockets on the phone line) to be causing interference to knock the speed down.
The line drop and re-sync was the first time a resync had been triggered since then.
All sorted now and DLM doesn't seem to have gone Woah that line is unstable and put interleaving on.
Cheers,
