Upload speed cap.

Hi I cant remember exactly since it was a while ago but I think I have seen a few threads about upload speeds been capped. Is there anyone that could remove the cap if I have one?

create a ticket and ask for it,
ring up and ask for it,
its the weekend so it will probably take a day or two for this to get picked up
just because your paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you
