Now Upload speed is 0.86Mbps and slightly better.

Is this the maximum upload speed?

I am sorry I don't know much about it.

Your line is synced through at 1007 on the upstream, so there's not really much more that can be squeezed out of it on an ADSL line I'm afraid.
