Upload speed 0.37Mbps Download speed 5.46Mbps

BB speed especially Upload speed is deadly slow.

Is this normal speed or is there any issues?

I've placed a order to improve your upload speeds.

This is due to complete tomorrow and should give you a boost.

Try a disconnect/connect if you haven't already done that.

Re: Upload speed 0.37Mbps Download speed 5.46Mbps

Upstream DSL Link Information Downstream DSL Link Information
Loop Loss: 25.8 44.5
SNR Margin: 23.0 6.1
Errored Seconds: 0 3
HEC Errors: 0
Cell Count: 28355 34715
Speed: 443 6319

From the results above, the downstream speed is above your estimated speed but upstream remains capped. I'll place a modify order now to uncap it within the next 24 hours.

Re: Upload speed 0.37Mbps Download speed 5.46Mbps

Hmm, sorry to hear you haven't noticed an improvement.

I've set myself a reminder to check on your account once I'm back in the office tomorrow.

Thanks for your patience.

Yeah, the upload sync hasn't changed despite the orders my colleague and I have placed. I've manually modified the upstream SNR margin which should increase the sync.

Re: Upload speed 0.37Mbps Download speed 5.46Mbps

Hmm, I've reset the line as the next step.

Can you reboot your router after approx. 4 hours and let me know how it goes?

Thanks.

Re: Upload speed 0.37Mbps Download speed 5.46Mbps

Is this on an old adsl (g.dmt) only exchange....max upload sync would be 443 kbps

Re: Upload speed 0.37Mbps Download speed 5.46Mbps

If it was 20CN the sync would be 448 and sync speeds on 20CN are even numbers. 443 is a classic capped 21CN ADSL2 symptom.

Re: Upload speed 0.37Mbps Download speed 5.46Mbps

I'm just looking in to this further, the orders all completed to uncap the line but when testing it's still showing the profile as WBC 160K - 24M No delay (INP 0) 6dB Downstream, 448 No delay (INP 0) 6dB Upstream (ADSL2+)

Sorry for the delay sorting this out, I've just been on a lengthy conversation with BTWholesale about this but it looks good now!
