Upload router sync around 50kbps normal is 1000kbps

Hi Smiley
The last few days the router upload syncs at approx 50kbps(normal 1000kbps). Download still has normal sync at around 4000kbps Any ideas?
Tried 3 filters and two routers tried.
Connect via Ethernet cable.
Nothing changed that I can think off.
Phone line does click now and then(10secs) when listening but pretty clear(not sure what is acceptable).
No other phone points in the house.
Window 8
DGN2000
DG834N both with current DGTeam firmware.
Any ideas?

Thanks

What happens when you connect the router directly to the test socket?

Hi Spencer Smiley
Thank you for the reply.
I don't have a master socket. I only have a single point socket. No other sockets/extensions etc in the house.
Thanks

It's an odd  one as your downstream seems to be fine. Could you post your router stats so we can see if there's perhaps a high number of errors?
I'd also advise logging this ASAP: http://faults.plus.net

Re: Upload router sync around 50kbps normal is 1000kbps

Just to add, for information, I have had exactly the same problem on an intermittent basis.
It seems to happen when the phone rings for a long period or less frequently during a phone call and there is noise on the line (usually there isn't any)
The line resyncs during that time and although the upstream is badly affected the downstream isn't
