Upload problems

Massive problems with my upload speed today, and also keep having to re-click links etc so possibly packet loss.
Modem is synched up ok at 1,176 / 13,984 (powered off and on again and achieved much the same figures)
BT basic Speedtest gives an upload of 0.0
The advanced diagnostic test gave Upload of 0.01Mbps (download 13.9Mbps)
Speedtest and mybroadbandspeed.co.uk both fail to complete the upload test at all.
Is this widespread or just local to me?

Hi there,
Line tests and diagnostics aren't showing me any obvious issues.
Nothing has been reported in your area either so it looks like it could be an issue related to your service.
Assuming that you were connected via a network cable at the time of the speed test I'd head over to http://faults.plus.net to report this.
If the test was done over a WiFi connection we'd advise testing via ethernet as the next step as it helps us rule out WiFi as a potential cause of the problem.
