Hi,
I joined Plusnet recently and my upload speed is much slower than it was when I was on Sky. I assume it is capped. How do I go about getting it uncapped?
Also my download speed is lower than I expected I was told I would get 14Mb (This may vary between 12.5Mb and 16Mb) but am only getting 10.6Mb. That isn't that awful and I can live with it but I was wondering if something is wrong.
