Upload Speeds

Hi guys,
I've been with PlusNet for a couple of months now & been really happy with download speeds, but the upload speeds are really poor in comparison, which makes it hard to make Skype video calls, is there a cap on uploads, and is there any way to request for it to be removed/raised?

Looks like an uncapping job for the CRT.
