Upload Speed

earlier today I changed over to unlimited ( router details below )
Modem Status Connected
DownStream Connection Speed 12291 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 439 kbps
VPI 0
VCI 38
my upload speed is now nowhere near the 1mb+ I was getting upto a few days ago. 
I did receive an email from plusnet saying they had switched of interleaving ( even though I did'nt ask for it to be done )
can I get my upload speed back up to 1mb+ please if possible.

ok, so I have been set back to 448kb/s as is the standard for  ADSL2 BB
can I get my account set back to 1.3mb upload as I had it set before I changed my package.

The Digital Care Team are unlikely to be here until Monday. If you want to progress the problem before then I suggest contacting the CSC or raise a ticket. The fix will require an upstream uncapping order to be placed on BT.

was stated that my initial ticket would be answered within 16 hours, it's now been 24 hours.
if someone who could sort my little problem out could take a look I would be grateful.
