Hello While I'm on here .. I've been with Plusnet for about a month and my download speed is fine - about the same as I was getting with my last provider. However my upload speed is quite slow. I have an upload speed of about 0.34 on average and I was getting something a lot nearer to 1mb before. I've read that on some lines/exchanges this can be increased a bit (uncapped) with plusnet. If this is possible on my line it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Yep, it should be uncapped by default but I'll go check and if it's not I'll get an order placed. As it's the weekend now it won't complete until Monday though
