Re: Upload Speed

The easy answer is yes it can be increased to about 1000kbps for no charge
I would assume that the staff on here will pick this up and do it for you

Re: Upload Speed

1 more question, is it possible to split the speeds evenly?

Re: Upload Speed

nope
If you really want more speed Annex M may be available which would give 2.5Mb upstream with a slight reduction in downstream but this would cost £12 per month I believe (it is quoted as £10 for Business Broadband which I assume excludes VAT)

Re: Upload Speed

Hi AdeCFA,
I've placed the order to uncap the upload and this is due to complete in the next 24 working hours. You should start to see an increase from Monday (at the latest) onwards. Let us know how it works out for you.

Re: Upload Speed

hi Linn,
thank you, that's brilliant.
Jim mentioned the possibility about 2.5mbs upload depending on the annex m, is this something that can be looked into? i don't mind losing download speed Smiley

Re: Upload Speed

Hi AdeCFA,
I've had a look at your line and on Annex M you'd be estimated an upload of 1.5Mbps.
I would suggest seeing how you get on with the uncapped upload and then making a decision about Annex M if you decide that the uncapped upload isn't working for you Smiley
