Hi guys,
When going through the account change process you should get confirmation that the account will change on your next billing date. You'll then get an email on your billing date saying it's changed.
@coastergrotto, the ticket will have been answered during the wee small hours, but the text queued (they're only sent between 7am and 10pm, unfortunately there's no distinction between weekdays and weekends).
