Upgraded to Fibre Unlimited - Profile correct ?

Hi
Have upgraded yesterday to Fibre Unlimited from Fibre Essentials package but my connection line speed is showing 40Mb.
It may be given the distance from the cabinet this is all I can expect (projected max is 45Mb) but would be obliged if it could be confirmed that my speed profile has been set correctly (have read on here of occasions where this does not always happen so just double checking. IP should be subsequently deleted)

You might want to remove your IP address from the post above Wink
The wholesale product set in our systems hadn't been updated from the 40Mb variant, I've updated that now and changed the profile to match the one from BTWholesale (53.7Mb).

Thanks for your swift response. I have removed the errant IP address.
Any ideas how long it should take to take effect and when/if I need to reboot my router ?

Hi, it should happen pretty much straight away and you shouldn't need to reboot, though if you haven't noticed any change yet the reboot should sort things for you Smiley
