Upgrade to BBYW Pro

Hi,
Any PN staff around, can you answer this one for me please.
I raised question 24723959 to get an upgrade from from PAYG to BBYW Pro, it was referred for manual intervention, and has now been closed but I see the account is still showing me on PAYG in the portal.   
My question, is this correct, am I just being impatient, or has the agent closed it by mistake.  If so can you get it re-opened to sort out the regrade.

I would advise you to remove the "Question Closed"  bit from your thread title or people wont read it
If you got to your first post and click Modify at the top, you can change it from there  Smiley

IIRC orbrey works at the weekends, but yes, in principle, phoning would still be a good idea.

Hi there,
Apologies this was indeed closed by mistake and has been flagged for team leader attention. I've also changed the account type for you, please disconnect for 10 minutes and then reconnect as until this happens you will still be connected on the old account profile.
