Upgrade to ADSL2+

The area my son lives in has just got ADSL2+ I was wondering if he would get upgraded automatically or would he have to apply to be upgraded to ADSL2+. Can I just say he's with Plusnet on the basic package.

Hi BP,
Since we made 20mb (on ADSL2+) available to value customers we've been processing a series of bulk upgrades so there's a good chance this will be done anyway. Advise him to raise a ticket if he likes as we won't mind picking that up sooner for him.
