Upgrade from value to unlimited fibre - stuck profile

Got an email this morning saying my product change was complete. Which was a surprise, as it's 3 days before my normal billing cycle ends, which is when I was told this will take effect.
Checked router and it has resynched to max rates saying 20.000mbps up and 79.995 mbps down.
Speed tests show the upstream additional bandwidth is working but downstream is identical to what I had before. About 37mbps in tests.  Looking at the plusnet connection page it says my downstream profile is 40mbps which seems to be stuck.
Please reset profile to 80mbps.

That's been sorted for you now so you should see an improvement.
