Upgrade from TG582 to Hub One?
Hi all,
I can't connect a Chromebook or an Ubuntu desktop to my network. After doing some reading, it appears to be a HDCP issue with the router, with no way to fix it.
Is there a way to get an upgrade to a new hub? Happy to pay postage

Thanks for getting in touch @funkstar and apologies for the delayed response.
You'd need to speak with our Customer Options Team to get a new router as your current one is out of warranty.
They can be contacted on 0800 013 2632 and are open the following hours
- Monday to Friday- 9 am while 6 pm
- Saturday - 9 am while 6 pm
- Sunday - 9 am while 6 pm
