Upgrade My Broadband

Hi I ma trying to upgrade my BB Package I want to go for the unlimited package of £9.99. I logged into plus net a followed the instructions. Everything seemed to work fine, I accepted terms and conditions, and that was it done. But according to my plus net details it still says i'm on my current package, and not unlimited and I have not recieved any email telling me that I have been upgraded.

you won't get an email confirmation, it'll be in your closed tickets.
the switch will occur at your next billing date

I am supposed to go unlimited today and on the phone package on the 7th but still on my my old package at the moment

Mine has now changed to unlimited so all ok.
