Have you tried changing the microfilter and plugging your router into your test socket
(http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/master-socket-guide.shtml)
Also what is your router stats ?

Yep everything is working correctly from the tests I have done, line noise etc.
I cannot get any stats out of the router unfortunatly. I tried the various suggestions for Linksys models but could not get at the stats. My first thought was to see the SNR but no luck.

Have you plugged it into the test socket ?
If so either wait till a member of staff to look at the post in the morning or complete the broadband troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net/

Looks like it's dropping fairly often:

I'd definitely recommend running through the faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net - once you've answered all the questions there it'll raise a ticket through to our faults team who will get this sorted for you.

Out of interest, what timeframe is considered 'normal' for a router to drop out? Ideally never, but daily? weekly? monthly? every 2 months?
Edit: Interesting quote from Adam (Plusnet) here implying that a few drops a day are normal/nothing to worry about.

The number of drops shown in the graph above though would definitely indicate a fault, unless they're all disconnections that happened due to the router being turned off.

Thanks for the radius info. Not a pretty picture. I have logged a ticket that will hopefully remedy this.
Cheers.

As my line worked fine until recently I'm not convinced this is the fix I want. Why do I need interleaving now when I didn't need it before?

It seems interleaving has been turned on after automated testing, this can be turned back off if needed.
Your fault ticket is still with our faults team and we'll update you as soon as we've got an update.

Did you manage to resolve this on the end? I've been having similar problems with my x3500.
My ancient BT Voyager still works fine.
I flashed the firmware with build 18 yesterday as I'd read that it had improved things for some users.
I'd love to know if you got it going ok, and how you did it.
