Update to my router

Hi there, I've been with Plusnet many years and am still on the original router 1(?) which we received when we first signed up. This is how struggling with the number of devices that we are running.
Looking on the MSE site it seems we should have been offered a new router on each renewal of contact and certainly when we upgraded to fibre we should have been offered a Plusnet hub 2. It's it possible to request one now and how would I do that.

Fix

@Stephenclutton You are no longer automatically allocated a new Hub on renewal, although you can request one if needed. The Hub1 is an ADSL/Fibre capable device, although now rather old.

When is your contract due for renewal? You may get one if you call up and request, even now - for the P&P of £6.99
