A few weeks ago I got a message through Plusnet Assist that an upgrade requires elevation, when I click on "next" nothing happens,so I closed the page, this has happened a few times since and each time I'm unable to go any further, now I don't know if this is a related issue but my speeds have dropped recently, I've just ran two tests and got 1185/155 and 1183/141, I was getting 1.5-1.6 a while ago, are the two linked and if so, what can be done?
Cheers
Alan

Nothing to do with that but something is wrong with your speeds.

I've tried logging into the link provided but all I get is the same log on screen and nothing is happening apart from the indication that something is loading but never does. Any other ideas please?
Alan.
