Update required on Delivery of Router Connection due 27 March

Hi.
As I am unable to contact you by telephone as it refers me to this community.
My Broadband switch over is due tomorrow.
I have not received any mail about the despatch of the Router.
Can someone please confirm if the Router has been despatched and if the switch over is still to be completed tomorrow.
I appreciated your current difficululty.

Hi .
An update.
I called again and this time I was able to get through.
Spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Hugh.
He confirmed a problem with the Router shipment and re arranged delivery.
There may be a delay with the Openreach switch over due to the current situation re staff availability.
That's OK, just have to monitor the progress of Router and Switch over.

Update.
My switchover was completed on the planned date of the 27 March and I received an email confirmation that my "Plusnet Home Phone service was ready to use"
Then a second email confirming that my "Broadband Service is now up and running"
Just need my Router, which has been dispatched.
