Up Stream noise doubled

Do my connection need a kick. PPOA disconnected and now my upstream has been halved and the noise margin doubled.
Can some one take a look please?

Can you try a resync and see if it fixes it as it could well have been a resync when there was a burst of upload noise

I can see that you're syncing at 440 on the upstream and the SNR has indeed increased quite a lot. I've just submitted an SNR reset which should take effect within the next couple of hours and reset your line.

Can you try a disconnect, then reboot the router, then reconnect when you're available and see if the upload speed changes.

It won't, error on my part. I've corrected my previous post.

Chris I have Tried disconnecting and rebooting but upload snr is still 25db.  Line seems Ok.

I'm going to suggest you open a fault on this as I've checked the line and it's still showing as uncapped upload but something obviously isn't right. Can you go through https://faults.plus.net and I'll point someone in this direction.

Hi there.
I've tried to poke some things in order to get your upload speed back to normal.
Unfortunately it won't complete until Monday but keep a eye on your speeds on Monday and fingers crossed they should increase.

Ok I won't raise a fault just yet then. Just changed from BT HUb4 back to pulsate and it is just the same.
