Up until today, my SNR Margin has been about 6db which is usually enough for a stable connection but today I have been having frequent disconnects. Once disconnected, my router (Asus DSL AC55U) won't reconnect forcing me to reboot the router, at least 10 times already today. I have seen SNR Margin figures between 1.9 and 3.4 today, not the usual 6. The router also reports downstream rates of 13-14mbps which I really don't think my line can sustain.
I've attached a screenshot from my router.
Any ideas?

Hi @petezx9
I've raised your SNR on our side to 6dB. Please can you restart the router and let us know how it goes.

Router logs say ADSL line went down at 12:15 and again at 12:19 which I presume was following adjustments at your end.
SNR margin currently now at 6.4, downstream rate at 11.6, speedtest.net rate is 10.
I'll do a proper reboot tonight, but it already looks better thanks.
