Unusual Slow Speed

I have been used to fairly slow speed where I am situated in my area something to do with the distance away from the exchange so I have been told,but the last few days my internet as been a bit slower,I did a speed test and my download speed is 0.8mb and upload speed is 0.4 can someone check that it is just a passing problem.

What is your normal speed?
Can you post the Further Diagnostics bit from here once you've run the speed test http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ ?

I did the test and the down load speed was 5.17 upload speed was 0.86 and they could not find any problem with my speed and the problem could be down to a overload of traffic,I must admit my speed seems to be better today.
