Really hope somebody may be able to help. I received an email stating that my broadband had been activated and was up and running. I plugged in and turned on the router but have no internet connection whatsoever. I did contact Live Chat support but no faults were identified in testing. The broadband light is green but the internet light is red.
I did set up and run diagnostics on a TP-Link router, which read:
ATM OAM Segment Ping Pass
ATM OAM end to end Ping Pass
Test PPP Server connectionPass
Test authentication with ISPPass
Test assigned IP addressPass
Ping default gatewayFail
Ping primary Domain Name ServerFail
Test DNS RootFail
Network Connection Status Inspect(NCSI)Fail
I'd be hugely grateful if anyone can help, I've had nothing but issues with Plusnet thus far and patience is really beginning to thin.
