Unlimited upgrade order
Quick question... 
Having selected a product change to Unlimited from Extra on 19th Dec (Unlimited on a 12 month contract), I received no email to confirm; so I went into "my account" to see what it said there.....Should I be worried about the date and lack of acknowledgement?
Account Summary table shows:
Date:01/01/1970
Order Number: - (just a dash)
Product: Unlimited
Cost: £0(upon cancellation)
Order Status: Pending
