Unlimited and Extra differences in throttle speed

Could someone point me in the direction of the differences between Unlimited and Extra throttles that Plusnet place during the day.
http://www.kitz.co.uk/isp/plusnet_shaping.htm doesnt have Extra.

many thanks for that. What speeds can I expect for download on this service (Extra). Would Plusnet increase  my download speed to "up to 20mb". And what is the upload speed? Currently its 376 - thanks

You are currently on an up to 8Mbps service as the up to 20Mbps service is not available at your exchange. As for your upload this is a maximum of 448k. The only way to increase this is to purchase a product called 'Max Premium' .
