Unlimited: Throttled @ 60GB?

I recently switched to 'Unlimited' from BB Extra.
All was going fine until last night, when my usage reached 60GB.  At this point the download speed went into 'limp mode', just like it used to on my previous non-unlimited product.
The Unlimited FAQ says there are no caps, no throttling and no FUP.  Is it coincidence my connection has severely slowed down at 60GB - or does the FAQ need updating?

The first question is when did you move to unlimited as the changeover happens on the first billing date after you request the change

It sounds like the product change may have not completed properly.  Give me a few minutes and I'll have a look.

We can't see any reason for this slow down at all.
You are profiled correct on our systems and there's no obvious reason for any slow down. Are you still seeing poor performance?

The download speed has improved since last night, but it is still than 25% of what it is usually (~780KBps vs 180KBps).
Speedtest.net result is also consistently around about 7.6Mbps, but is now less than two.

Sorry Jim, I should have anticipated that question having worked in IT support   It's been active since the 5th Jan.

Would you mind running a BT Speedtest to see what values you are given there?

Out of curiosity, have there been any other reports like this since the Unlimited service was rolled out?

First I've heard of this problem.  Definitely not by design.  I'm hoping it's a badly timed profile change due to a fault or something!

What James should have said is that you need to do the second stage diagnostic test to get the IP profile - click on further diagnostics at the bottom of the results page
You will get something like this

The IP Profile is 2000Kbps (this is set by BT).
It'll take up to 3 days for it to pick back up again (20cn) but after that all should be well.
Mystery solved.

Solved? Not sure about that.
Why did the BT Profile get set to 2MB at the same time as he moved across? It smacks of a spurious order being set to BT regarding the provisioning and we know that has been happening on 21CN.
