I've replied to your ticket & moved you on a 12 month contract.
There should be no differences in P2P speed between 12am and 12pm on Unlimited as compared to Premier. I've also double checked this with Dave.
The rate limits are the same and traffic is also handled in the same pool.
Looking at the packet drop per gateway graph, some gateways had more non-interactive drops than others around about the time that you're referring to. Perhaps a reboot next time to see if you notice an improvement?
