Ordered a phone and broadband package from plusnet not long ago and all was fine and dandy until receiving an email this morning saying ''We can confirm that your order for Home Phone has now been cancelled.'' even though i had not cancelled anything not sure why they cancelled it and the response to questions is a long time so wondered if anybody here had any ideas or solutions from experience?
Hi there. The order was cancelled by the provider your moving from as they've stated that your not moving? Can you confirm your address either on your open question or a PM to me and I'll get that chased up for you
