Uncapping upload speed

Hi, If i was to uncap upload speed rather then fixed on 445, does that REALLY mean the line will be unstable and decrease the download speed? If you had yours uncapped, do you see any differences comapred to before? How many MB or KB does download speed decrease? Its just uploading stuff takes quite a time at the moment.

It doesn't mean that the line should become unstable but you may lose a very small nominal amount of downstream, we can't really give you a precise figure as it does vary.
