Uncapped Upstream :: What's the Process?

I've raised a ticket to have my upstream un-capped (ADSL +2) . When nothing seemed to have happened I asked if all was OK and was told 'to wait 7 days for the speed to come up'
Is this 7 days for the order to reach BT or for the training? Its now 14 days since order confirmed and its still at 443Kbps and SNR margin of ~22dB
Anyone know the target SNR Margin for upstream?

The back end change normally kicks it in. If you're not seeing it on the day give me a nudge and I'll check to make sure the order's complete.

My router re-synched earlier today with ~1Mbps upstream.

Sorry to hijack this, but would there be down side on me or any one having the upstream uncapped? I on ADSL2 with a down speed of 5.

It's not always the case but uncapping the upstream can compromise some of your download speed.

If you post your full router stats we could give you an idea of what the affect would be on your connection.
