Uncap upstream

Hi, my upstream is currently 448.  Please can you uncap this or advise how I can request this higher upload speed?

The first question is whether you are on 20CN or 21CN
What does this say about WBC on 21CN http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/
Also what are your router stats http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/dsl/dt/?ce=1&be=0&l0=1&l1=0

Just to confirm, I have placed the order this afternoon to upgrade you line to Max Premium as you requested
This should be completed in the next couple of days

Hi Matt - nothing appears to have changed on the upstream as yet?  I have carried out a router power cycle and its still stuck at the lower speed - do you know if the order has completed yet?

Hi Jim,
Copy of line stats for your perusal below.  Line seems in good order to achieve a slightly higher upstream would you agree?  Extremely low error count on this line - only ever increases during a thunder storm, otherwise a rock solid sync, quite surprising as a large chunk of the loop is copper on sticks and in a rural location.  My exchange is a 20CN.

Has the extra £7.83 charge for the Max Premium appeared on your account yet? https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary
I thought Max Premium upgrade was quick (overnight), but it may be one of the 5 working days orders in which case it won't change until next week.
