Uncap upstream please?

Following the lead of https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Uncap-Upstream-Please/m-p/1335948#M305247 I would like to request that my upload speed have the extreme 300 kilobit cap removed.

For info, I have a 582n router and the download speed is around 7 Mbits. Both speeds are measured on a fast PC connected by ethernet cable to the router.

Unfortunately your only on ADSL which means we can't uncap this for free.

There is a way to do this with a product called Max Premium which is chargeable at £7.83 a month.

Thanks. While unwelcome, at least it clarifies the situation.

To me the ratio of around 25 to 1 is an absurd choice which can only be viewed as deliberately handicapping the product.
