Uncap upload rate please

I've just moved to Plusnet Unlimited ADSL and am very disappointed to find that my upload speed is capped at 440Kbps or so.  My line although long is pretty stable and with my previous ISP my upload rate was a pretty constant 1400Kbps.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I've put an order to change your upload speed to uncapped, these normally take 1 working day so it should be done on Thursday due to the bank holidays.
